Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, missing tags, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Before returning any item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
For returns due to personal reasons, such as size preference, style preference, or change of mind, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or a damaged item, please contact us with photos and your order number so we can help resolve the issue.
